Our accommodation department is looking for an:
Executive Housekeeper
Contract: 100% permanent contract
Starting date: December 2024
MISSIONS
Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks
- Convey a positive image of the hotel through an exemplary attitude and professionalism.
- Organise and supervise all department services (laundry, uniforms, public areas, boutique, room, and flat cleaning).
- Draw up work schedules on the floors and for the laundry.
- Supervise checking and training the team.
- Manage stocks for the Houskeeping/Laundry department.
- Check rooms, common areas of the hotel, storage, and reserves.
- Ensure that Room Service runs smoothly, working closely with the F&B department.
- Manage internal communication and track information between the Hotel departments: maintenance, F&B and reception.
- Monitor CARDEX and inform the reception of any changes.
- Supervise and ensure that the hotel's linen, as well as that entrusted by guests, is cleaned to a high standard and on time.
- Help other department where and when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
PREREQUISITES
- Identify the products and materials required for each maintenance activity.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Hotel training required.
- Language skills German, French or English.
